    A 7 minute pedicab ride that I was told was 2 dollars a minute got billed to my credit card for ***** absolute scam artists, I have the time stamp of messages to know how long I was on the pedicab.

    THis is statement from Square Team that this was not me who charge *************************** for $61.99. I don't have any chargers on my account and I'm not able to refund any money to this person.

    It was a pleasure chatting with you today but I wish the circumstances were different. I took a look at the screenshot you provided us from your customer who is reaching out for a refund. The date, card number, and amount do not match or come close to any transactions in your account.
    We cannot find any charges under the last 4 digits of the card they provided either.
    Their best route at this point is to reach out to their bank. If that is unsuccessful, they need to pursue it externally. Please let me know if you have any questions.
