    Scheduled service and told price for partial duct cleaning $69 full $150 Dryer vent still says blocked called to discuss and not respond and no way to contact except by phone.

    We scheduled a simple dryer vent cleaning. The tech reviewed the area and said we needed full cleaning of the ducts due to how dirty their were by showing us a picture and said it would be $425 instead of the $69 advertised. We hesitated due to the cost, that our condo owners said they had it cleaned within the past year and the fact they didn't have access to the roof. We offered to reschedule it so we could have roof access and check with our condo owners on the cost. He spoke to his boss because he said the owner hates to have to send a tech back out and said they would offer to us at $350 plus the work would be warrantied up to 6 months. Since we needed to be able to do laundry, we paid the lower cost. After completing the clean-up in less than 30 minutes, we asked for a full receipt and write-up of the work emailed to use along with pictures so we could provide it to our condo owner. 24 hours later and I still have not received a copy of any paperwork. I called and spoke with the scheduling staff and she said she would pass the message on to the technician. They also only accept cash, venmo, or other online payment services with cash and not credit card. I was told they accept checks on the phone, but the technician said he could not accept them when he arrived. If you look online, you do not see any ****** reviews despite what their website shows. You cannot find a physical address for them either. This is a bait and switch scam and I highly recommend you stay away from them.

    Date of Transaction: October 31st 2022 Type of work: Dryer Vent Cleaning.Price Charged: $ ****** - Technician said that the vent was clogged completely, so he has to do extra wok than maintenance. He closed the door and did the job for half an hour and said that it is done. The vent opens up to ceiling, he said. Next day, when I used the Dryer, it did a good job of drying the clothes and lots of steam was coming outside garage door. The vent going out was not cleaned by the technician. Tried calling the "Green cleaners" everyday for 3 weeks and now complaining to you.
