    PPL) training program in November 2023, after paying the full tuition. My flight training officially began in January 2024, and I was scheduled to complete a certain number of flight hours as part of my training. However, in May 2024, the aircraft used for training broke down and has remained out of service since then.
    I have repeatedly contacted the school’s management asking for updates regarding the repair of the aircraft or the provision of an alternative aircraft to continue my training. Unfortunately, despite several months passing, no repairs were made, and no alternative arrangements were provided.
    In September 2024, after several months of waiting without any progress or response regarding the aircraft, I formally requested a refund for the unused portion of my tuition from the school’s owner. The owner agreed to refund the amount but has since delayed the process, providing no clear timeline for when I will receive my refund.
    I have been patient throughout this process, but with no resolution in sight, I feel that my rights as a student have been violated, and I am now requesting assistance from BPPE to ensure the refund is processed promptly
