      I called on Wednesday 4-25-23 for my ** dryer that was not heating. I asked them to call me with the diagnosis and whatever needed to be done to repair my dryer along with costs. They told me that there was a $70 fee for diagnosis that would go towards repairs if I chose to move forward. I told them that my 20 year son would be home to let them in and I would leave my credit card with him in case we agreed on repairs. I never received a call, and the tech told my 20 year old that all of the parts needed replacing in the dryer. He had no idea what that meant and the tech changed the ignitor, the burner assembly, the thermal cut off assembly, the thermostat and charged $535. I could have bought a new dryer for that price! When I called and complained, they said that they would call me back. No call... I called again, and they said they would call back... No call.... The third time they said the manager was out and would call me back... There is no way that all of these parts went bad at the same time. They did not leave me the old parts either.

      We reached out to the customer and worked things out by offering an additional discount on the completed repair of the ** dryer for a total amount of $175. 

      *** ***** ******* accepted the offer and our accountnat issued a refund of $175 to *** ********* credit card. Please see an attached screenshot.
