I contacted company regarding an issue with my clothes dryer. When the technician arrived, he was rude and standofish. I tried to tell him what i saw was the problem which was the door switch (it was hanging and loose). He rudely put his hand up for me to be quiet. I stood there for I dont know how long while he was checking different things. He even pulled out a piece of paper trying to guess what could be wrong. He then called, i guess his office and spoke another language. at that time, i walked away and then heard him call out to me. When i went back he told me that the timer had to be replaced and would cost $450 however the part was no longer available. I was shocked at what he said. how can something cost me 450 yet not be available. I did not feel he knew, or his office what they were doing. He then pushed my dryer back in place and then looked at the door, thats when i told him that i noticed the switch was loose. He then proceeded to open the top of the dryer and checked the switch and found out that was what was causing the dryer not to work. for the first time, he smiled and said "this is an easy fix". i was relieved to know that it was an easy fix. he gave me an online form to sign and asked if i wanted it repaired.. i told him yes and signed the form. he asked for a deposit, which i shouldnt have given but wanting to resolve the problem and get my dryer going. After he left I forwarded the receipt to my email thats where i noticed that i was being charged :$63 for the switch, $130 for labor and another $100 to disassemble the dryer. i texted the company immediately and asked them why were they charging me twice for labor. they have given me mutiple excuses for these outrageous fees. I asked for my money back as their web page offers "not satisfied-not charged. Im was not satified with their fees charged. I asked them today, 10/13 to return my $69.00 and they refuse.
