    OMEGA Tech Service have great Customer ********************** to include being very responsive even late in the afternoon. I reached out to them regarding my ** front load Dryer, a female rep on the line was very courteous, said she will call me back if theres a technician available or not. Within 15 minutes, she called me back to let me know a technician is available between 5pm-7pm and if its ok with me. I definitely agreed to the appointment time as I needed my dryer up and running. A technician named **** showed up. He was very polite, kind, and got there and started to ask questions about dryer without hesitation. I let him be with the dryer and couple hours later, my dryer was fixed. We are so pleased and happy with the OMEGA Tech customer ********************** rep and the technician. Definitely will reach back with any other appliance issues!

    Prompt. Efficient. Had to call them out on a holiday. They were AMAZING and got the repair done that day. My go-to appliance repair company! I get a text notification about 15 minute before they arrive (love that).
