I mentioned that I had installed a Nest thermostat, and instead of requiring an in-person visit, they quickly diagnosed the problem over text message, demonstrating their expertise and modern approach.Initially, they discovered an incorrect wiring setup, and helped me to fix it, but they didn't stop there. They diligently identified the root cause, which turned out to be a faulty solenoid. To my surprise, they had the required part readily available and arrived within an hour to promptly fix it. The entire repair process took about 30 minutes, showcasing their professionalism and proficiency.What sets Prime Air Solutions apart is their commitment to providing top-notch service while maintaining a very reasonable price. I am truly amazed by their quick response, outstanding workmanship, and fair pricing.
