    On April 17th 2023 I had them come to look at my refrigerator because it was frozen and the water dispenser was frozen as well. Over $500 in repairs and nothing changed. When the technician left he ran into and over my new wall around the driveway and damaged the wall but he did not come to tell me. I have a video so I could tell it was him and also that he knew he damaged my wall. When I called them to complain they tried to say it was not them until I told them I had him on video. They did come to "patch" my wall but they never fixed my refrigerator. The "manager" had said he would reimburse me for half the cost that he charged but then refused to. How can such a company have an A+ rating?????

    Regarding the reimbursement, our manager initially offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. We have records indicating that we discussed this with you, and we are committed to fair and transparent dealings with all our customers.

    Since our initial attempts to resolve these issues, we have experienced continuous negative reviews and harassment on various platforms. While we understand your frustration, we believe it is important to clarify that we have made sincere efforts to address your concerns and provide compensation.

    We are a dedicated and reputable company, consistently working to maintain our A+ rating by ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.     Better Business Bureau:

    They came and "patched up" the wall without any apologies for knowing they damaged the wall and not letting me know.  The refrigerator repair was cheap and diod not work...
