We worked with EHM on an Old Town project during COVID times. The project consisted of a complete internal remodel, new driveway, and sidewalk. In addition it was in an area of town that required a lot of approvals. ****** helped us navigate the city paperwork and bureaucracy. There was no way we could have done it on our own. Our project eventually became approved and is currently under construction. We would recommend EHM for their diligence, and pulling through to ultimately get it done.

Their extremely cool entertainment venue will be a tremendous asset to Old Town. ********* *********** ********** ********** made it as difficult as possible for us to obtain entitlements - as they do on every project these days - but we persevered and finally got construction underway.Construction is in the capable hands of Construction Manager *************************** of *********************** Builders, who we recommend highly.*** and **** have been a pleasure to work with! When dealing with the *********** ****************** (lack of) ******************** you cant find a better company to have at your back. ****** and ****** provided first class services with plans and their submittal to the **** They are true professionals * very responsive to client inquiries and needs, thorough in their work, and highly skilled in dealing with DSD reviewers and their requirements. The third member of this family trip * Grace * is no less professional shepherding this process through the permitting process. Always prepared for meetings, understanding of complex (and often frustrating) issues, and flexible at times when the weight of the project could have caused him to stand his ground.Our joint success on this project was moderately attributable to ************************ positive outlook, diligence and persistence.
