  I left a review on how unhappy I was with their service and treatment on Yelp:0 STARS!!!! THE WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, NOT HELPFUL AND DID A HALF JOB DONE!!! We kept asking them to come back to finish job. But keep claiming they did everything they were supposed to do. A guy showed up without the company notifying us one day. The guy looked like he was an ex-gangster. Looked very unprofessional. He did a horrible job covering the area he was working in. He left out all the tools he needed outside the "covered area". Kept sticking half his body out to get his tools. So wall dust full of asbestos he was cutting into, was flying all over the house. When he finished "working", he didn't even clean the area up. On top of that he left us with a half cut up wall in the kitchen. Didn't even bother to cover it up with anything. The wall was completely exposed. There was dust all over the floor that I had to clean up myself. So since we said we wouldn't pay for a job half done. That they needed to come back and finish. They decided to serve us twice. for court. First time they didn't show up. Second time we got a judgment by the court because my husband was not able to show up due to being in the hospital, although we notified the company of it. All they care is stealing money!Proving to me, how unprofessional they are.This was this their response **************************************** We performed work for you in July 2019 in which you were paid out in full by your insurance company for our work. We finished our work on 7/12/2019 and received clearance from a 3rd party hygienist on 7/12/2019. We made many attempts over the last 2 years to receive payment from you to no avail. Unfortunately, we had to move to litigation in which a judge heard our case, reviewed the evidence, and ruled in our favor. Now that you have a judgement against your name, you have now resorted to attempting to discredit our company name. As with any business, we expect to be paid for the services rendered.

  ********************* contracted for our services with the agreement that she would pay us when her insurance pays her. We obtained approval from her insurance adjuster for the cost. We then notified the asbestos regulatory agencies with our work schedule. ********************* provided access to our crew and the work area was sealed off with plastic sheeting and HEPA air filtration machines. Once we were complete, an independent inspector, paid for by insurance, verified our work standards.We were advised by the insurance adjuster that they paid ******************** for our work. When we attempted to contact her, she refused to respond. We then forwarded the file to our attorney. When ********************* again failed to respond, we had to file a lawsuit.******************** had the opportunity to appear in court by ****, but failed to appear pursuant to the court order. Our facts and testimony was reviewed by a judge and he ruled in our favor. In an attempt to settle with *********************, we waived two years of interest charges, late fees and attorney fees. ********************* finally paid after being ordered by the court.

  This is for the company. Before my complaint here, you made it sound as if I still owed money to you. But since you are stating now you received payment, can you attach a receipt or invoice here with the wording paid in full.
