Bid on a car that I was led to believe was running and drivable. After paying for the car they brought it out with a jump box connected to it to get it started. Once the jump box was disconnected the car died and they could not get it started again. So they pushed it out to the curb and told me I needed to get a battery for it. They did not tell me that the battery was located under the passenger seat and requires the seat to be removed. I had no battery or tools to take the seat off. It's a 2 hour drive from my house to the business that I had to make this trip 3 times before I could get the car. I called the company and told the girl the situation and that I think they should give me a credit for the amount of I paid and take the car back since it was still parked in front of their business. That they misled me by saying it was running and drivable. It wasn't. She told me that since the car was taken off their property that they were no longer responsible for it. I did not take it off their property they pushed it off to the curb.. They knew that there was an issue with this car and did not say anything about it. They also knew that if they got the car off their property they would no longer be responsible for it. The girl I talked to on the phone would not let me talk to a supervisor, she said there was no one there I could talk to. And that they did not and would not do anything to resolve the matter. After all that I found out that the reason it wouldn't take a charge was because the alternator was no good. Had I known that the car was going to require all this work I would of never bought it. The car was posted on the Internet as running and drive-able. I should of been able to drive it off their lot. If it had broken down on the way home I would of been responsible for it but that's not the case. If the car wasn't running they should of listed it as not running. But they connected it to a jump box so they could drive it off their property. Bad business

Hi ******, we understand your concerns. However, all vehicles are sold as-is, where-is, as clearly stated in our terms. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect or have the vehicle inspected before placing any bids. Running and driving means the vehicle started and moved under its own power at the time of listing/auction, but we do not guarantee condition beyond that.We offer in-person vehicle inspections every Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and we strongly encourage all bidders to take advantage of this opportunity before bidding. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us at *************************
