    I was involved in an auto accident on 1-24-24. The police called me a tow truck. I didnt know where to send my car to, so he suggested that I take it to this business. My insurance set up a virtual appointment to go over the damage to my vehicle on 1-30-24. I called the next day to see how it went. I was told that my car was being worked on & had parts coming in and that it should take 7-10 days to repair it. On 2-8-24 I called the shop back to see when I could pick up my car & the secretary told me that my car had not been worked on yet & she didnt know who told me that. I called my insurance *************** when I found out that the auto body shop was supposed to email ************* didnt. When they did end up sending them, they were limited. A insurance adjuster had to go out & physically look at my car. They sent me an estimate that night. The auto body shop found more issues with my car and it was approved on 2-16-24 this is the same day that I had to return my rental car. I had to change my work hours so that I could start @ 4:30AM & carpool with a co worker to & from work. On 2-22 I called the shop again & ****** told me that parts were on order. I asked for an ********* said that she couldnt give me one. My car insurance gave me a check for the original estimate. I was unable to deposit into my bank account because it needed 2 signatures. My co worker took me to the shop during our lunch break on 3-5. ****** wasnt there. A lady that didnt speak any English was there and she called the boss. He told me that he would call me back & then drive to my work & sign off on the check. He never did anything. On Monday 3-11 my sister and I went down there. I wanted to get my car out of there. They were going to charge me storage fees. They do not even have a sign up stating how much they charge for storage. That day she told me that all my parts came in over the weekend. On 3-15 I texted her to get an ************ said that they were waiting on more parts.

    These people are crooks and liars! My car was done 2 weeks after my initial complaint to the BBB. I got it back on 4-3-2024.  I have 2 is***s with items that they were supposed to fix. My headlight flickers really bad.  The washer reservoir was either not changed at all (but my insurance was charged for it) or they did a crappy job in fixing it. Also, they state on their website and their business card that they pay your deducible, but I had to pay mine. I left a ****** and Yelp review about them, and the owner responded really quickly that they would be in touch the next day to talk about the deductible. I contacted the secretary 2 days later and she called me back & left a v-mail. I wasn't able to call her back. I showed up the following Monday to talk about my is***s and to see what the owner said about the deductible. She told me that the owner would give me my deductible back ONLY IF I removed my complaint. I told her that was not going to happen. When I was at the shop her tech added more washer fluid to my car. I was almost home, not even 20 miles away and my car told me that I needed washer fluid, (again how?)   My driver side tire was supposed to be replaced and it was not.  But they charged my insurance for a new tire, that is insurance fraud!!!! They also went through my vehicles center console; they placed items from there that I would NEVER keep in my glovebox. They went through all of my car service records from the dealership and tire shop that I went to in October of 2023. They even went through personal items in my trunk. I am in the process of gathering all my evidence to *** them. If I didn't have such a bad time with them for 10 weeks while they had my car, I would take it back for them to fix my is***s. But they cannot be trusted. They can't even replace a tire that they charged my insurance for.  I have no idea if anything else is wrong with my car.

    They quoted me $2800 to paint my **** Tacoma. After the job was completed and they recieved an additional $1300 from the insurance company, they did not honor their estimate. They charged me $5800 for the job! I refused to pay the $3000 over the original estimate. They never asked or recieved authorization for the additional $3000 which they justified by showing an invoice of parts purchased by the first shop I took the truck too. The first shop did not do painting, and I unfortunately gave these thieves my business due to their low quote. When I refused to pay the extra $3000 they threatened to put a lien on my truck! I needed .y truck to go to work so and could not afford to pay for a rental and ended up paying the $3K to get my truck. Now I have to take them to small claims court if I want to get my money back. I reported them to ********** of ********** Repair and they opened an investigation. The resulting report confirmed my experience and sided with me saying the repair shop was dishonest and did not follow state law to provide a detailed estimate or obtain authorization. They also could not provide receipt for any fake work or parts they claimed to have purchased. Because they never purchased them! Despite this state laws favor dishonest people and businesses. I probably will never see my money, if I do, it will take months. There were several similar complaints filed about this business. They also changed their name to hide poor reviews too! Former name was: All Insurance Collision and Auto Repair.

    I got rear ended on the 5 freeway back in November of 2021. towing service took here. My car was there for 10 months.I never got an estimate after calling multiple times to get it before they started working on my vehicle. there was no communication. They stated later that they never had my phone number which was a lie. I tried calling multiple times, I had no paperwork what so ever. 9 months after leaving my car there I get a call from my insurance company stating i need to get my car asap and that it has been done for weeks. again no one contacted me from the shop. I was originally told my car was totaled.didnt know repairs started on my vehicle. I show up to pick up my vehicle, ask for paperwork for proof of the repairs to my vehicle, they stated that their computer system was down so couldnt give it to me. I left my car there until i could get paperwork. They said they were going to start charging me a daily fee for the days i left it there. went back a few days later and got the paperwork,asked some questions, they barely spoke english and werent able to answer any of my questions. I reluctantly took my car just to realize that My back windshield wiper didnt work and there was a missing piece in the trunk, the co2 sensers didnt work which left soot on the back of my vehicle.I went back and told them to fix it but they said they couldnt do it and it wasnt their issue to fix even though my wiper worked perfectly fine before the accident. I scheduled an appointment to get it repaired a few weeks after. Between that time my back fender piece fell of while driving, i took it back to the shop asked them to order that part. They told me they would order it. When i took my car to get the windshield wiper fixed i asked about the part. They stated since i didnt have the physical part that fell off it wasnt in the warranty so they didnt have to fix it.never got any paper work regarding a warranty. Now i am left to fix my vehicle by myself even though.

    In January, I was in a car accident on the 5 freeway, rear ended by a semi truck. The police called the two truck company. The tow company, towed my car to All Auto Collision Repair. When I called the shop the next day to assess cost, service timing, etc, they stated they would work with insurance and would start working on my care immediately. An estimate of 30 days was given. My car is still in the shop. I called the shop weekly and now daily. We stop by to check on progress and there is little from week to week, if any. For 6 of the 8 months, they tell me it should be ready "next week". I had my attorney call, the insurance company call, etc. Same story to each person. My car how now been in the shop for 8 Months. They were paid by insurance so now have little incentive to move it. The owner, *****, lies about the timing as well. 4 months ago he told me that he would have all hands on my car working on it. Weeks later, he denied to my attorney he was the owner of the shop. He does not answer calls. ******, manager, does not answer calls, and never returns calls. This shop is holding my car and not working on it. They told stories that the parts were back ordered or lost- then sent me photos of the invoice with an "order date" of a few days prior. They never ordered the parts ahead of time. When we stop by no one is working on the car. I now have over $30,000 in rental car fees that insurance will not cover because of the extraordinary amount of time that his is taking. Despite all efforts, there is no movement on my car which I need back. I have called other shops to see if I can have it towed to them to finish and no one will take a car that has "been touched" by another shop for liability reasons. I need your help getting my car done.
