    I bought a battery in December of last year from store number (3427) in ****,** and the battery is bad it has left me on the side of the road twice and when I called about the battery I was told I had a 1 year warranty on the battery. So I brought the battery to the store to do exchange on battery the store said they will not exchange the battery because I have no phone number to look up the warranty I said listen I gave you all the phone numbers I know I have had and not one comes up.     I ordered a generator online from AutoZone after Hurricane ******. I needed my medication to remain cold. I was lucky enough to order a generator October 1st, 2024. I paid at that time with my debit card. In the afternoon of October 1, I was informed my order was ready. Although it is only 3 miles to the store, My 1 hour and 10 minute journey commenced only to find the store without power and cash only sales. I was told I couldn't get the generator despite having already paid online with proof of purchase on my mobile phone. I was instructed to come back the following day. October 2nd, I printed the receipt through the shelter and brought it with me, in hopes they could release it and we both verify it had been picked up. That was not the case. October 3rd, the store was closed due to still no power. I also had secured a generator from elsewhere the same day. I attempted to cancel my order online but was not allowed. October 5th, I sent an email to customer service requesting they cancel my order. I expressed the needs for hurricane recovery funds and to please expedite my refund. October 9th, I was informed from AutoZone that they could not cancel the order nor give a refund. I was instructed to file a dispute with my bank. Without further ado, I filed with my bank and was told that no temporary credit could be given due to the nature of the dispute. At this time, $464.89 remain with AutoZone, for a product I paid for but was not allowed to receive. October 11th, I emailed AutoZone back, this time begging them to please give me a refund like I deserve and that *************** were desperate after the Hurricane ******. They in turn expressed in the next email that I was given the wrong information and not to dispute it. They were cancelling and immediately issuing a refund. That would take 3-5 business days. It is now the 20th, I spoke with my bank and there is no sign of any refund pending or authorization to my account. I want my refund!

    I ordered a engine control computer from them was lied to repeatedly for a week about status. They was supposed to send mileage to company day I ordered it 9/28 was told it was done it wasn't done until 10/2 at which time they found out part was unavailable now I am having to wait on refund which will be added up to over 2 week wait and additional wait to get one from another supplier costing me my employment. I feel like the lies an lack of them doing their job entitles me to more than just initial payment I attached all screenshots of shipping lies an even one of live chat
