      We were going to use Mitchell1 estimate and work thru quick books but was not able to get if to work properly with quickbooks and processing the payments, did not have it on my computer more than 2 weeks and did not get to use any of the funtions really tried working with quickbooks to get working and mitchell1 both saying wasnt on their side finaly I said take it off my computer I ran out of options I needed to be able to process payment. Now year later they are wanting to bill us 1300 for something we did not have access to. There technician people removed it from my computer and they said we did not cancel. Anyone else have this problem with them. He tried to say because they are not a paper product they can charge us even when they have it noted that all software was removed from computer.

      They continued to charge my card after I closed the business. I was told that all I had to do is let them know I was closed. Then comes the paperwork. Just kept charging card. This company needs to be turned over to the federal government so that this doesnt keep happening. There is no consumer protection.

      A complete scam with liars of customer service and sales agents. I was told I had a 60-day trial so I signed up, when I went to cancel the trial I was told that was fine and it would be canceled. Then I got charged. I reached out to see what was going on and I was ignored...for 8 emails over months. I tried calling again and no one answered. If you sign up with them you will be screwed and on the hook for at least a year. What a waste of almost $2,000 for such a crappy software.

      It's a scam, be aware.The r/o system is fine then the offer a 3 month free marketing service with the option to opt out. Then, they rope you into a contract and charge $400+ per month contract without checking with the customer.I'm opting out, I won't do business with a company I can't trust.F**k Mitchel1

      Horrible company! There setup is not user friendly and I called to cancel my account they told me I had to pay so much to cancel and I paid it and told them to cancel and then I received another bill from them and I called the sales rep ***** and he told me he couldnt cancel it after he told me it was. Stay away from them they are scammers at best

      Terrible company to deal with, basically no information on their prodemand for the vehicles I normally work on. Plus the program is clunky and not user friendly at all. Wont let me cancel said service thats not meeting the requirements a shop needs on a daily basis. Takes a information request a week to get anything back if Im requesting it I need it now, not a week from now.

      I just got a bill from a debt collection agency *************************** saying i owe ******* for a mitchell 1 accout i never activated. After i purchased a **** scanner they wanted me to try there system however it was way above my pay grade and never commited to using it since i all ready have CCC and identa-fix! They'll tell you anthing to do the free trial and nothing after that...BE AWARE
