      This was a once in a lifetime experience we were looking forward to and ended up being so disappointed in the service/outcome. Now we can't get these memories back. We showed up for our appointment and purchased the Baby Basic Package. The girl that performed the ultrasound never pointed out anything and was not friendly. Even our guests commented on her. When we got home and reviewed our DVD and pictures and we didn't get everything we paid for. What we did receive was really bad quality. Oh and most of the pictures were just duplicates and the video only showed the head and no audio for the heartbeat! I called A Baby Visit to let them know what happened and they said they will only communicate via email so that's what I did. The person(***************************) took days to respond to emails and finally offered to redo the session and I said okay and tried to schedule it and she never got back to me so two more emails trying to get in touch with her and finally had to ask for a refund after getting no help and 2 weeks of trying. Then after the refund request she quickly emailed back saying "we do not offer refund" Then she never responded again!If your curios here's the details of what I received:We purchased the baby basic package.-Should have received a 20min DVD and ours was only 14min.-and during the heartbeat portion you only hear music; no heartbeat.-the whole video is just of the head we never got to see lower body and legs and feet.-9 Color prints were only 5 different pictures -10 Black and white prints were only 5 different pictures -60 Color photos on CD with black and white pictures were only 5 different color pictures and 5 different black and white. It's the same 5 pictures over and over. One of the color pictures was repeated 41 times!*With all the pictures that were repeated/copied you can tell because they look identical and the time stamp is exactly the same time.-The key chain picture we received is badly distorted.
