      Although the client was provided copies of his paperwork at the time of the original transaction, ********** nor ******************************* have any records indicating that the client has ever contacted us for copies of what was signed.  We are mailing an additional copy of the contract to the client today.  If they have further questions regarding this they can contact ***************************** directly as this account has been placed with this agency **************.

      In February 2023 I used all Pro bail bonds services. I was the only ****** on contract. All pro bail bonds leaked my information my entire file containing the following information: place of employment, social security number, date of birth, driver license number, credit card information.

      On October 7th I was asked to put up a bond premium for someone who had been arrested which I did-two separate bonds actually. Going into the office because I know how difficult the surety business is my other phone happened to record the meeting with the bondsman it was 45 minutes long and that was being rushed not being able to read the papers only to sign them quickly quickly quickly because he needed to get to the jail. This bondsman also knew I had poor credit, I was on social security disability with a 16-year-old child, and neglected to tell me that in addition to paying the two bond premiums that I was also going to be on the hook for $2, 170 at $150 a month until paid. When I did get home and finally looked at the contract I was horrified to see what this gentleman had left out and also what he inputted which was incorrect specifically spelling my name wrong and putting down two references when I said I had none of people that I do not know. I was assured by the arrested person that they would be taking care of this debt because they also signed the promissory note but they were arrested again a few weeks later and I in that interim had tried to get my name off the **** as is my legal right and was told no and made to feel like a child. Now the bond is exonerated and I am still receiving bills in the mail from this company-I'm hoping in error- and have also filed a complaint with the ********** department of insurance who are also investigating. The bottom line being that if one mistake is made on an insurance contract in the ******************* the entire contract is in fact invalid which this one is 100%. Thank you for your time and thank you in advance.

      This has been resolved, we have removed ************** from all liability associated with the bond.  We have reviewed all documents ************** signed and forwarded copies to the *** to prove there were no mistakes made during the bail process.  There is no refund due on what she has paid prior to being removed, as we can find no fault with our bail process.
