    After waiting several weeks for delivery, I was unpleasantly surprised to find only 4 out of the ************************* the box, even though the tracking information provided listed the entire order as delivered. Unfortunately, this merchant does not have an active phone number to contact customer support. Instead, I contacted their customer support via email and requested a resolution for the 10 missing items. I was asked to provide photos of the shipment I did receive, which I did, and then I never heard back from them again, despite sending multiple follow-up emails in the weeks to follow. Its absolutely mindblowing to me that a company that has been in business for many years at this point would even conduct business in that manner. Its completely unacceptable. I eventually submitted a claim to my bank and was able to get credited for the remaining items that CraftShack failed to deliver. I wish I could rate this company 0/10 for both overall service and customer support. If youre reading this and considering making a purchase with them, I strongly encourage you to TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

    Did not send items purchased. Has a help desk and email for response but haven't received a response back. They said the order was delivered but nothing received. They had a help desk phone number but now its disconnected. Might have been a scam.
