    I placed an order the day before and was supposed to pick it up at 11:15 am. However, by 11:30 am, the shakes I ordered had still not been made, so I asked the cashier for a refund. She refused. I asked for a refund again at 11:45 am, but she still refused and said the manager was unavailable. I left the store with the completed part of my order, but the staff knew that 10 shakes were missing. I tried calling the store after my lunch, but there was no answer. I filled out a post-order survey and was offered a $30 coupon instead of a refund. I responded twice to this offer both online and through the email, but both were ignored by Dave's Hot Chicken. I would like to request a refund for the missing $90 in milkshakes and the $120 tip I prepaid for good service.
