    My name is ********, my son and I are very frequent guests of your Epic Wings restaurant on college avenue, and this college area is one of the only ones that have the Mango Habanero sauce, which we love so dearly. We arrived on June 14, 2023, around 6:35 PM, and there was a young lady who was very nice and pleasant.There were a couple of mistakes with trying to get the order correct because we ordered two meals to dine in and one order to go. we ordered the third meal, i asked for all celery for our dinner. Also, when I order the third meal, l asked to not add any sauces for that meal as well because my son asked for BBQ, and I asked for the other two orders to be **************. The young lady needed help to finalize our order. So, he fixed the order, and we went and sat down and waited for our food. it took quite a long time for ** to receive our food although the restaurant was almost empty. When we received our meals, i checked them to notice that one order didn't have any sauce on it so I called the young girl over to show her the order and she said that when she took the order, she thought that i didn't want any sauce on it, So, we received our meals, and they were all bagged to go. but again no problem, hen I realized that i was eating hot strips instead of the Mango and i mentioned it to my son and i stopped eating the order. So, because of the attitude of unpleasantness, i didn't want to bother him, but it was wrong and i finally got his attention and called him over and i explained to him that they made a mistake and game me hot strips instead of the Mango. So, he responded well you already started eating it, so he offered to bring me some Mango to throw over the hot sauce order and I took a breath and I responded to him, and I told him that he needed more training. So even though i noticed that he was a bartender he needs to be trained again, but if Epic Wings can't control their employees, I can get your attention in other way
