    I wasn't able to file a complaint within 1 year because Vintos kept stringing me along. They deliberately hid production issues or delays from me for months. I have given them too many chances. I want a refund.4/3/24: I request a quote for a pair of custom boots.4/13/24: I pay Vintos Boots $450.00 USD.4/14/24: I provide my measurements.4/16/24: Vintos says my boots should be done by the end of May.6/4/24: I ask for an update.6/7/24: Vintos says they should be ready by 6/14.6/28/24: I ask for an update.7/3/24: Vintos says they should be ready by 7/12.7/29/24: I ask for an update.8/5/24: Vintos says they should be ready by 8/9. I finally get photos of the boots in progress.9/7/24: I ask for an update.9/16/24: Vintos says they will ship the boots on 9/19.9/22/24: I have not received the boots or a tracking number, and ask for an update.10/7/24: I ask for an update.10/11/24: Vintos finally admits that they stained my boots, causing the long delay. They give a tracking number. They promise to remake the boots and ask me to test the fit so they can make adjustments.10/16/24: I receive the boots and tell them all the issues that need fixing. The boots are too small on my feet, do not fit my calves correctly, and are misshapen. Practically speaking, they are unwearable.10/21/24: Vintos promises to remake the boots.2/10/25: I ask for an update.3/11/25: I ask for an update.4/8/25: I ask Vintos for either an update or a refund.4/11/25: Vintos claims that they already started on the remake and were delayed because they needed more details from me--details that they never reached out to me for. Vintos claims they will go over the details with me first thing on 4/14. I wait for that email.4/17/25: I do not get an email on 4/14. After waiting a few days, I contact them first.4/21/25 (today): Still no response from Vintos.

    One 27 February 2024 I purchased the Oxblood Leather Tanker Boots from Vintos on vintosboots.com and received a confirmation e-mail of my purchase. The money was removed from my account; the amount was $325.00. I have sent 2 e-mails and at least 2 messages through the contact form on the Vintos website requesting an update on my purchase; I have not received a response from the company and I have not received my boots. It is almost 3 months since I placed my order.

    I had ordered a pair of custom boots from them on Etsy and after a long time I requested a refund because of a lack of communication and it was taking too long. Etsy authorized it and then the seller told me they were having issues and were Almost done so I purchased them again for $280 when they were finished but they ended up being the wrong size because they measured something wrong so they said theyd make a new pair for me. October 25th 2022 was the last I heard from them and have gotten no responses to my messages. At this point I just want a refund or for them to ship the correct pair to me if its already finished, as *** lost faith in them. My order number is #**********. I purchased it on September 10th 2022.
