- All major credit cards are accepted. Online payment links are provided. Payment is due before the session begins. Payment plans are accepted using an automated withdrawal payment plan program.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
Deposits are not refundable.
If the member has purchased a coaching package, partial payment is refundable for the remaining sessions (outside the 24-hour window of an established coaching session appointment) if the member needs to discontinue coaching services.
If a session is canceled inside the 24-hour time of the scheduled appointment, there are no refunds for that session.
If the member is paying per session, there will be a $50 fee for canceled appointments within the 24-hour window of the scheduled appointment time. Please reschedule your appointment before the last 24 hours of your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.
The member may use their session for another family member or business/domestic partner if desired.
Group sessions are encouraged as needed for an additional fee of $50. Individual and package pricing varies based on personalized program needs.
