I purchased a Toshiba microwave from ******. The microwave made a terrible noise when operating. On in Jan 2026. They said they would issue a check. Called again on 2/5 as no check was received. They told me to wait till 2/7. Called again on 2/20, still no check. They. said they would escalate. Called back on on 2/24 as I finally received check. They had already placed a stop pay, they would need to escalate. They said the would reissue. Called back 4/30 still no check. They said they need to escalate and refund **** would call me. Called on 5/7 have not received a call. Asked for Supervisor, none available. They never called back Called 5/14 they said they need to escalate and these are done in batches and I just have to wait. I shipped off a hard drive to Toshiba for repair because it wasn't working correctly they said they would issue a refund no problem once they received the item they started holding in hostage and saying that they wouldn't rather scrap it than give it to me they have ignored me and said they are going to keep the product anyways and it has all my information on it I didn't know they would act in such a mannerBusiness Response

I bought an ** July 10 it is now October 30 and the ** has only begun to leak more and more. At first, it was a little bit of water which was manageable, which is expected from some **s. this type of leak is so bad. Its a waterfall gushing onto my bedroom floors. I have had so many things ruined. Its now leaking into underneath windowsill its gonna start rotting the wood because of just the amount of water. called the manufacturer and they asked me to send all the proof and that it is faulty I went outside. I showed them everything. It was really invasive to be taking pictures and photos of inside my house for the customer representative to tell me OK will send you a replacement. She takes down my shipping address and and just tells me to wait for an email when I get the email. It says I have to take it to the store and I have to uninstall it and I have to go and do all of that not them. Theyre not gonna help rectify this. This is their issue that they have now made me have to fix. The thing is, its not as easy as just uninstalling it. I cant lift this. I cant take it to the store I physically cannot. What do they expect people to do? What if I was disabled or what if I had an ailment that wouldnt allow me to do that I live in *********** and the heat is unbearable. The whole reason I got this ** is because it would be the only one to provide ** to my home now I have zero ** in the middle of ***** they have offered no alternative help no alternative options. Honestly it feels like fraud and thievery because this was very expensive for it to stop working in less than four months. Ive gone back to the reviews of the ** and I see people complaining of the same problem so Toshiba knows that theyre selling a faulty product to customers and are offering no help and no resolution to them. I live in *********** in an area where central ** is not common.Business Response

I bought a tv from Best Buy and after a few months the screen stopped working so I contacted Toshiba and they sent a guy out who deemed it unable to be fixed and they sent me a new tv. In the meantime I had already bought myself a replacement tv since it took a month to get this new one. Once I got the new tv I put it in my downstairs and waited to hire someone to hang it, that was about a month later. I left the tv in the box and had not opened it until they came to hang it. They took it out of the box and the screen was completely ruined. There were scratches all Over it and even spider web scratches. We just put the tv back in the box and never even took the film off of it. I sent in an email about his with all the pictures and they told me they were not going to do anything because I waited 30 days to open the box. But this was the replacement tv so that is so messed up that they wont fix the broken one they sent.Business Response

On behalf of the officers of the First Masonic District of PA to formally request the termination of our 63-month lease agreement (# US0151918MA) for the Toshiba e-STUDIO7516AC printer.Since the commencement of this lease, we have faced consistent issues with the Toshiba e-STUDIO7516AC printer. The NEW machine has experienced multiple breakdowns, requiring significant repairs and parts replacements, including the hard drive. We have in our possession the old parts along with pictures and dates of said repairs Due to the restricted timeframes in place for repairs to be made, several key members had to open up our temple (outside of our normal operating hours), to facilitate constant repairs lasting over multiple days. The last repair lasted five days and required three different repairmen to fix the problem. During that time the finisher (which was working fine) was broken and we still have not had it replaced because of scheduling conflicts Despite our attempts to seek assistance and resolution, our sales representative, ***************, has not responded to our numerous calls and messages. This lack of responsiveness has further exacerbated our dissatisfaction with Toshiba's services. The one shining star from Toshiba would be their repairman "*****" who has been a true savior over the past year Considering the extensive problems faced and the lack of timely support, we have decided to terminate our lease agreement for the Toshiba e-STUDIO7516AC printer. As per the terms of the lease agreement, we are formally providing the necessary notice for termination. We kindly request Toshiba Business Solutions to arrange for the prompt removal of the printer from our premises and to cease any further billing related to this lease agreement - Customer ID: ************ - Lease Contract Number: US0151918MA We expect the removal of the printer to be completed within 10 days from the date of this letter.Business Response
