    I purchased an iPhone 16e and 2 months of unlimited data service during a promotion offered for porting in a new number to Total Wireless. Despite my account number, number transfer PIN and account name & address all being correct, my number port will not go through. Total Wireless called my previous provider and spoke to a rep, they worked through the request themselves on the phone and verified that the information was correct, the port was still not released. Total Wireless then said theyd send me a new number instead and activate my device that way, so they pushed an eSIM to the iPhone and I installed it. Everything was fine, the number showed in my account, my data plan and expiration date and renew date. And then a week later, it all disappeared, and data stopped working. Total Wireless **** had me DELETE that **** and they sent a new one, so again now with another new number. Its been 2 days and there is still no LINE/NUMBER attached to my account. I can login but I see nothing, no plan, no renewal date, I dont see the telephone number or line, it says I have 0 active lines. I NEED someone to properly establish and set up my account, this is ridiculous. I activated the phone on May 9th, it is now the 23rd and my account is still not set up. I have no active lines or proper plan or dates anywhere or account access.

    I apologize for all issues concerning your service. Unfortunately, this complaint does not apply to this place of business ******************* as we are not a Total Wireless Exclusive Dealer Store. We have checked our records and there is no purchase history made in this location for an iPhone 16E on May 9th, 2025. All complaints should be directed to original place of purchase for resolution and/or refund. If you have further questions you can contact me by email at *****************************
