  -0 stars!!!***** ****** unfortunately a DISHONEST, ********* owner running company. She plays a roll of a good faithful godly woman, sells u her service by her back life story of how she started the business & secures u w/her committed trust:honesty. In time u see what shes all about, nothing of good, but pure sneaky, tooth-faced evil! This company isnt being ran for the benefit of a child, but only greed, money & whatever unprofessionalism they r working with & towards. I believe ***** works w/a crooked team to fill their pockets. ***** also writes up false reports! She tends to leave out stuff of dishonesty of company. ***** will twist things into something they arent & neglects when herself/her company makes huge mistakes to protect themselves. This happened in many occasions! ***** is only a true snake & only fills her pocket & never whats in the best interest of a child.***** lies & has favoritism, she also talks behind parents back in unprofessional ways & takes sides, gets involved in unnecessary ways. EXTREMELY Unprofessional! Hows the company still in business?I pray for the sake of people that it closes! AVOID this company 110%, works of the devil.A nasty woman at her age still behave in this unethical way, especially when children are involved. KEEP AWAY from this company that states they run the company w/ INTEGRITY. DIGNITY . QUALITY & EXPERIENCE . Also, on the website ***** states that her company has a Mission statement to support families struggling through the process of separation and divorce; to find ways to mend, and to minimize conflict while providing a safe and neutral place. That they also provide these services to Parents as well as other legal parties without discrimination, bias, or prejudice. THIS IS ALL A LIE, this COMPANY IS RAN BY A UGLY, DISGUSTING, FAKE SOUL!

  At first things were OK, but it was clear as visits passed the owner is in it for the money. They give you a 5-10 minute time frame and even if you arrive 1 minute late they want to charge you per minute. Also, ***** ******, the owner took over from a previous company that closed down called ******************** where she knew my ex from his previous marriage and child custody case and over time tried to scam us into scheduling court ordered visits that neither parent asked for and threatened to charge us if we didnt respond. Because I called her out on this fact and asked her to not request visits on additional days that the other party was not requesting she got mad and appeared in court to say I was difficult to deal with. Mind you it how difficult it is to be a full-time worker, full-custody mom and drive an hour both ways work in rush hour traffic to make scheduled visits that werent even requested so they could make additional money. I was bombarded with phone calls and emails as early as 7 am and as late as 8 pm with threats of invoicing me for administrative fees. It was annoying to work with her and during an already sensitive and difficult time, the additional stress was not needed. Id think shed be a little more reasonable and sensible being in the field that she is in. I WOULD NOT recommend this place.

  Run away. My children and I were stressed out by *********************. She only thinks about herself and MONEY. Awful

  I have used their services and I was pleased with the detailed reports they provided. They are organized and was able to schedule my visits without having to deal with my ex. They are super responsive and super professional. The kids loved it there. It's a beautiful location with a full kitchen, visiting room, dining area, a huge courtyard and a private park within a block of the facility. We are using them now for supervised exchanges. I wait in the courtyard for my kids. They come running to me. We then go on with our day.Great people with great documentation. I highly recommend them.
