      On Nov 11, 2022 I was involved in an accident. I was hit from behind by another vehicle on the freeway. I reported it to AIS and up until now they have failed to do anything to help me actually get my car fixed. My original adjuster, *******************, told me on multiple occasions that the other party was to blame and that their insurance would cover everything. Now my file was transferred, and I only found out because I called in. The new adjuster told me I am to blame for the accident because the highway patrol officer falsely put that I came to a full stop on the freeway. This did not happen, and a complaint is being filed against the officer. I spoke with ******************* directly about this and he assured me that even though the officer put that, that in **********, any accident in which one driver struck another, that the driver who was behind the other driver is responsible. I am not sure why this has changed now. The highway patrol, AIS/Mercury and the driver of the other vehicle have refused to provide the dashcam video to me. My claims adjuster has failed to do his job and at this point I am demanding that all repairs be scheduled and and paid for by AIS/Mercury and that AIS/Mercury cover all costs as it pertains to the physical injuries that I suffered from the accident. My rates were also increased by $30 a year or so ago and I want an explanation as to what those extra charges were for. If this is not resolved by Friday I will also cancel my policy and find a new insurance provider.
