    Used them when my tenants broke their lease and defaulted on their payments, they were able to collect and get a judgment and get me my full money back!

    Unethical! They do not make payments timely even though the debtor pays monthly. The owner *** is super unprofessional and has every excuse in the book and will ramble on and argue with you about why he hasn't sent payments. He is a dishonorable person to have claim any debts owed to you. Once you have signed the contract you will not hear from them. You will have difficulty reaching them and they will not abide by the contract. The contract is designed to lock you in no matter what and does not protect you if they do not comply with what they agreed to do for you. They will ask for $1000 up front for "discovery fees" which typically should be no more than $200. I do not recommend this company.

    After this business collected my initial account set up payment, they stopped contacting me. It was almost impossible to get in touch with them. When I finally did after continuous phone calls, they would not answer my questions, they were extremely rude, and they did not uphold any of the services that they were paid for.
