On April 15th, 2025 I was on ****** and researching cybersecurity schools, which I am interested in. I submitted my e mail to a website for a program pertaining to this. I immediately got a call from one of their advisors named ****** ******. She spoke with me for over an hour on the phone, told me that I needed to use their $18,000 program and said that I needed to enroll quickly because the program is starting soon and that theres a limited time discount on enrollment fees. She said for me to hold my place in the program I would need to pay the discounted fee of $90. I did. Later, I spoke to professionals in the industry who told me that I was scammed, that learning this trade does not cost this much, and that I need to unenroll and get my enrollment fee back immediately. When i attempted to do so on April 16th, ****** was very adamant about me staying in the program, insisted that theres no refund and has since refused to unenroll me. She insists that she told me the enrollment fee is not refundable. I insist I was not clear on that, and was not aware of I would not be allowed to unenroll after enrolling. I would like to be unenrolled and my enrollment fee of $90 returned to me. I have absolutely no intentions of ever participating in any programs associated to SDSU after this experience.

We toured San Diego state in 2022. We paid a deposit incase our son decided to attend. He decided not to attend, and we notified the school via email in early 2022. We received a bill for housing even though he elected a different school. I called ******** times and could not get anyone to speak to me or return the call. One day I entered a virtual waiting room after calling ************. There were more than 60 people in the waiting room. We could hear each other talk and most of them had a similar issue. I waited for over 4 hours on hold. Then it disconnected. I sent ******* emails and have called multiple times. No one has responded and not once have I been able to speak to an actual person. San Diego state makes it impossible to dispute this bill and will not respond or answer any questions and now has turned us into collections. A bill they will not explain or talk about for a child who never attended their school or enrolled in any of their classes. This is unacceptable and I want this harassment to stop, and I want this bill canceled. That have refused to respond to me for a couple of years at this point. ******** and awful customer service and trying to take money for a kid that did not go to their school. This needs to stop now. Thank you for your assistance,***** and ******* *********

I received a bill from SDSU despite never having taken a course at that university. I had expressed interest in a course through their open university program, but opted to not. I have been trying to get in contact with the cashier's office of the "global campus"/"open university" but they are ignoring/rejecting all forms of communication. they only share their email to contact them, but have ignored my emails for weeks. another employee in the university shared with me their number but they simply reject the call. If this bill is left unpaid they will report it to collection, the money will be taken from me anyways, and it will leave a permanent **** on my credit. This is unprofessional and I suspect intentional to steal money

The Global Campus Cashiers said they responded to the student and assisted in successfully submitting a petition. The petition committee is working diligently to have decisions on all petitions submitted in 2024 by the end of the year-12/20.
