    Hello my name is ****** ***** on May 29th, 2025 I went and purchased three used tires at $50.00 a piece asking for the size of 245/50R18. I paid cash at your location: 6230 Federal Blvd, San Diego, CA 92114. The following morning on May 30th, 2025 one of the tires was flat I messaged Mr Ortiz to obtain replacement the tire unfortunately the tire shop was closed I needed to go to work. I proceeded to go to another tire shop and purchased a used one. When I noticed the tire installed was incorrect size 235/55R18. I contacted Mr Ortiz to advise of the situation via text and telephone which Mr Oeriz mentioned he apologized he had a new worker under his wing. Mr Ortiz mentioned he would replace the tire. I contacted Mr Ortiz he said he would offer a credit of $50.00 as to which he would respond with a receipt to bind our agreement to which Mr, Ortiz agreed. A few hours later Mr, Ortiz knowing the morning situation he changes his mind states he needs his tire back in order to offer this credit. I provided the tireshop information to which he could obtain his tire. Mr Orriz via telephone became aggressive and did not allow me to speak. I disclosed to him this would become a legal matter as to which Mr, Ortiz hung up the phone on me. This text message is my first attempt to resolve this matter, following will be a demand letter for $50.00 along with mileage and loss wages due to Mr, Ortiz negligence.     I apologize in advance for the inconvenience you may have dealt with. My
    business is open Monday thru Saturday and hours of operation are from
    8am to 6pm and Sundays from 9am to 5pm. I will be more than happy to
    issue the customer with a full refund of the one tire with the return of
    the tire you had issues with. I accept full responsibility that the
    tire that was given to the customer was in fact the wrong size.The
    customer expressed that if I want my tire back I will have to go and
    retrieve the tire myself from the shop she left it at. But as previously
    addressed to the customer, in order for a full refund of the tire I
    would need my product(the tire) in return. The tire being the incorrect
    size is in no reference as to why she experienced a flat tire. Once
    again, I will issue the refund of the one tire with the return of the
    previously used tire.

    The buisness owner accepted the credit initially without the tire being returned. I purchased the tire a day prior went home left first thing in the morning the tire was flat buisness owner sold me wrong tire size and a tire with a hole.
