    Hello, I ****************** entered into an agreement with ******** and started paying $510 per month, but unfortunately I could not receive the goods from the ******** website, but they assured me that everything was fine and I could continue. I myself found one of the problems, the reason was insurance, the coverage was indicated ******* and a range of 500 miles within one state. I could not receive cargo from brokers. My insurance covers ********* and the radius of coverage in all states. And there are other restrictions, I asked ******************, they sent me to Safer Watch, they changed the information about insurance and most importantly, they did not give me information about what was blocking. I asked from ****************** Solera that the problem was in incorrect information and this is ********s fault and give me the opportunity to receive cargo from ******** load board since I have already paid for three months $500+$510+$513= $1523. ****************** responded with a Safer Watch error and they are not responsible. My rights as a consumer are violated since I paid for their site but due to their fault I do not receive goods from the ******** site. I have questions for three payments, I received confirmation of payment of $513 only once and after my insistent waiting, why do they not provide payment information? Every month $470 for account, $30 for truck, $10 for ******** mobile phone, $3 for PC miler I did not receive service from ******** why do they include these costs every month?. Please check and find out what is blocking or who is blocking. The information is Safer Watch, this is very important because personal information may have been stolen and this may block access to the site. I have already subscribed to ******** for three months, but they want to take money and not be responsible for the error. Please help me get access to the ******** website and start receiving cargo and working.Thanks
