    They were unable to get my crm working, I have sent many emails and no one answers the phone unless you request sales. ******** customer service, and refuse to admit that they do not know how to do a task. I spent 3 months of waiting on them to resolve an issue. Buyer beware they do not know how to sync to arive.

    ******** at Jungo was (and is) beyond spectacular at her job! ******** was patient, kind, and clear, and she communicated her vast knowledge in an accessible and understandable way. Our company's LO onboarding, LO offboarding, and our ongoing services would have been vastly different without ********** continued support. She is amazing at her job, and I would give her large raises every year if I were in charge!

    I received great service from ************************* at Jungo. I've been happy with their support and platform so far. The support is where Jungo really shines! Tried some other CRMs and had to leave them because there wasn't any support. ************************* went above and beyond.

    I have been a Jungo customer since 2020. I love the product and the support! Not only does Jungo offer customizations for individual accounts but their ************* is excellent! I recently had an error message and **************** answered my support ticket in less than 24 hours with very clear (and accurate!) instructions to fix the problem.

    **************** at Jungo was very helpful in fixing an issue we had with our contacts. She really took the time to sit there are listen to what we were needing and was able to figure out exactly what needed to be done to solve it. She spent the time to go through everything that was done after it had been completed to reassure us that the problem was solved.
