The business has made 4 elevators for the north tower. Two of those elevators have been nonoperational for months now. Furthermore, they then let one elevator be booked for residents moving in/out. This leaves one elevator for 40 floors of residents to go up and down and 6 floors of the parking garage. Wait times can be well over 30 minutes to even get on an elevator. Staff has even made comments about the elevators. The business has well over 200 individuals per day that are limited to one elevator. Residents who live above the 26 floor to the 40th floor are only limited to the north ***************. The business has blamed it on parts, however through professional contacts, vendors and repair companies have attempted to reach out to vantage to repair it, but management or leasing will not reply for weeks. This problem limits residences ability to move throughout the building and their place of dwelling. This is a safety hazard for not only residents but also emergency personnel should they need to get to an apartment. Residents are moving out because of the elevator situation.

We live in a 40 story building with 600 units, one of the four elevators for our tower has not been working since October 2022. In addition to this, two of the remaining three elevators have been malfunctioning and even stopped working for long periods of time. We live here and pay what it costs to live in Downtown ********* for the convenience of living very close to work(three minute walk) and avoid commuting to work and drive 20 + minutes. With that said, with two elevators down as of today, it is absolutely ridiculous that we have to wait anywhere from 10,15, 20 minutes for an elevator and another ***** minutes to go down. The negligence of the administration to this matter is absolutely out of line and they do not seem to care. Funny enough, they recently had the money to blow it on remodeling their leasing offices - totally unnecessary since the electrons have been down. Moreover, the elevators not working are also a huge safety risk. My wife has back problems and she is unable to take the stairs, not to mention that we live on the 34th floor. We are not getting the full extent of services which we are paying for and we need a refund or a decrease in rent since the elevators have not been working for 7 months.
