I have 3 contracts with this remodeling/home renovation company--to renovate a Great Room and re-floor my **** sq ft house. We started July 27, 2023 and they are still not done--it is now JAN 5, ****. They keep saying they are too busy and ran out of money. They may show up once a week or once/2 weeks; their project manager has quit, not before ripping out all my electrical wires that was not in any contract, and their ********* quit--both citing they were not getting paid. I was caught in the middle, as I kept paying the company for work that was not done, but they kept threatening me they would not come to work if not paid in advance. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with--not showing for scheduled times to meet, work or discuss next steps. Their ********* would not do the work a hired designer planned unless I also agreed to custom cabinetry--but he ended up quitting mid-job any way. The one owner, Joseph Lagrange, whose license everyone is working under (although he reports to the **** that he has no employees), can not be bothered with meeting with me or getting the jobs done. I have been struggling since OCT 1, 2023, after they convinced me that I needed to replace all my sewer lines that they had to do; if I hired licensed and experienced plumbers, they were going to charge me for delaying the projects. They refused to address the electrical issues they caused by ripping out all my wires, and I had to hire an electrician to put basic electricity in; although I paid an extra $2000 for them to address the electrical issues. I have lost several outlets and switches from the original Great Room/ house. This is, by far, the worst experience I have ever had (still on-going) with any company, especially for this amount of money that I have paid them already. They need to pay me back the money for the jobs not completed and the money I spent to hire another electrician, and to hire another contractor to finish the jobs
