  this is a TERIBLE company / processing merchant. They signed me up based on complete lies and now I pay $1000.00 a month to process $9000 worth of credit cards I used QuickBooks Payments before signing up with these people and paid $200 for the same amount of credit cards. They are thieves and liars. on top of all that they don't even know how to use their own systems. clover DOES NOT integrate with QuickBooks as they will tell you, it will just ***** up your books. so, I have to keep mine separated and just double enter everything into my bookkeeping. There is no way to "Z" your register or account for the cash in your register. multiple "apps" were downloaded into my clover portal which I paid for without my knowledge and they will not offer a refund. "The clover portal just auto upgraded everyone recently" from the ***** plan to the ***** plan and again without my knowledge and no reimbursement. this is FRAUD . when they call run. Do not be scammed like I was. I'm now locked into a 3-year contract to be robbed for the next 3 years. I am a small family owned and operated business. What they do should be illegal and I plan on finding out what my options are.I truly hope my review will save someone else from this

  *** was great to work with. He made the process seamless. He did a great job setting up my clover , adding my services and adjusting it to be like my last settings.

  This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen.. We were promised lower fees and would actually benefit from switching. This was totally false.. we used the equipment for one week and soon discovered the "hidden" fees and poor business practices they used.. Contract had been signed less than 30 days and upon telling then we no longer wished to continue our services with them was told it would be 485$ to get out of the contract plus 25% restocking fees for returning the readers, one of which had never been used. Be aware, we should have looked here first, hopefully others will and learn from our costly mistake.

  I was recently contacted by Appstar regarding a potential switch in my credit card processing services. I clearly expressed my disinterest, yet they insisted on sending a sales ***resentative. I reiterated my lack of interest, but today, the *** unexpectedly showed up at my business.Despite my clear communication, the ***resentative insisted on calling his supervisor on ************ in front of my employees. When the supervisor came on the line, he claimed they simply needed to collect information about my business, which I again declined. Shockingly, he suggested that I was being dishonest about my disinterest and claimed he could ***lay our initial conversation as proof.This accusation, made publicly in front of my staff, is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. Even if I were in the market for a new credit card processor, their aggressive and predatory sales tactics have assured me that I will not be doing business with them. I will also be advising others to steer clear of Appstar

  Total SCAM! Was promised better processing fees and have since been debited weekly with hidden fees. Terrible customer service, and my sales rep who promised me great service has since ghosted me. I am sick to my stomached that these crooks can sleep at night taking my hard earned money. I am going to close my bank account and unplug the machine. Then I am going to take legal action!

  Business owners beware!! This company is a scam! So many lies to get you to sign the contract and once you're signed up they hit you with hundreds of fees!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST I HAVE WORKED WITH IN YEARS!!!

  This company are crooks they told me that they would do my inventory for and my labor rates for me and a month and a half goes by and I tell them to come pick it up I am done and they go and tell me I can't I have a no cancel able contract and I was not told this I was told I can cancel at anytime if I am unhappy so now they are telling me it would be 495 to cancel and a **** dollar contract cancelation fee also and have been taking fees out of my account alot higher than what they told me, they told me it would only be around 20 dollars and that's it and now there saying because I haven't used the system the fees would be higher but I told there sales man that came to my store to pick it up Is multiple times and he finally tells me he can't help me anymore that that's what someone told him and that I needed to deal with appstar i think these people need sued and after reading all the complaints on here it looks like iam not the only one on here that's been lied to and done wrong I think all of us need to come together and go after these people so they can't do this to other people
