      Dear *********** am writing to file a complaint regarding my MyPoint account, which was deactivated without any valid explanation. This account had a balance of $150 worth of points, which I am now unable to access.I attempted to contact the company for clarification and resolution but have not received any satisfactory response. This situation has caused me financial loss and frustration, as I trusted the platform to safeguard my accumulated points.I kindly request the Better Business Bureau's assistance in resolving this issue by ensuring that MyPoint reactivates my account or refunds the equivalent value of my points ($150).Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,

      This is the second time in two months where you have sent us complaints that are directed to 'Mypoints' not MyPoint Credit Union. This individual is not, nor has ever been, a member of MyPoint Credit Union. We consider this complaint closed. From what we can see, the Mypoints organization is experiencing financial difficulty.Thank you.

      I applied for Chime using MyPoint's link but they didn't give me the bonus. They said that I used Chime's promotion, but that promotion applies automatically no matter whether applied using MyPoint's link or others.

      On the month of July I called and spoke to ***** from MyPoint I explained to him I wanted to extend one month loan on my vehicle I explained to him that my payment would be late for this month because I was waiting a check to clear and since it was a large amount the bank placed a hold on the funds. He insisted on me not getting a extention on the loan for another month instead he (*****)would extend my payment until the 14th of July the payment was for **** and my payment date was every 15th of the month, I explained to him k didnt want the payment to be reported late which why I wanted the payment extended one month because of was unclear if the check was clear in time, he reassured me that my car will not be reported late and I had to make the payment by July 14. Before July 14 I called and I spoke to a female named ***** which is always very rude. I explained to her that the check had not clear yet and it would take about another week for it to do so. She told me to go ahead and make the full payoff amount when the check cleared and it would still not be reported late.again reassuring me that as long as I paid off the vehicle completely it would not be reported LATE, well I paid off the car completely on July 21,2023 and today I got a email that my car payment was reported late on august 4th. They reported it late after the car had been paid off completely for now 2weeks after the fact. Making my credit score go down I had NEVER been late on my car payment. Which why I asked them to extend it which I am entitled to at least once on this loan. They acted unprofessional and with malice. Causing me harm by doing this after the loan with their bank of done and paid for.

      Dear ******************,

      It appears that your auto loan was paid off in full on July 21, 2023.However, you were past due on your loan with a loan payment due on June 15,2023. Upon receipt of your complaint, we thoroughly investigated the matter that included review of two incoming calls that you made to our ******************************** During the first call, you were informed that you would not be reported late if you made your June payment by July 14, 2023. Our ******************************* also attempted to call you on July 13, 2023.
      The second call was received on July 19, 2023, where you requested the payoff amount for your loan. No discussion was noted regarding credit reporting and because your loan payment was past due, your account was reported late.
      As a one-time courtesy based on your previous payment history, we have updated your tradeline reporting and requested the 30 day delinquency be removed. Please note that it may take up to two weeks or more for your credit report to be updated.
      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and we hope you will consider us in the future for any of your financial needs. Please contact me directly at ************ should you have any further concerns.
