    I ordered o shoe last and it never came they won't respond to me I'm just trying to find out the statuses of my order

    Customer emailed our business on May 03, 2023 regarding an order recently placed. We responded within 3 hours notifying the customer that we are investigating the delay and will provide him immediate updates. Customer continued to email ** with profanity & threats. 

    Our support policy also states that order updates take approximately ***** business hours for an up to date status on order inquiries.

    I've been asking about that order for two weeks I finally got a response yesterday but it's to late I want my money back for the last and the incomplete pattern

    Better Business Bureau:

    SD custom footwear sent me a brand new pattern and helped me out a lot I've tried to take down the complaint I wrote about them but the best I can do is tell everyone that it was a mistake and they were very good at compensating me for my trouble
