My complaint is about ******************. I opened a new account with this company and since receiving the card, every purchase I tried to make was flagged as a high risk. I have called over a half dozen times and now my card has been locked and I will not be able to use it for over 2 weeks. They are continuing to charge me interest and say that if I cancel I will need to pay 150 dollars for the annual fee even though I've never been able to successfully use the card without problemBusiness Response

I called Accredited Debt Relief about consolidating my credit cards on June 17 0f this year. talked to a guy named ****.We went overthe details Monday morning and I told him that ai would get backwith him the next day.When I called him, he said that everything was already started. I said what about a signed contract with the terms nd he said thhat one of my sons signed it .I asked which one and he didn't know. Then I asked well where is this ciontract that my son signed and he said that he sent it via text. Something is not right .Can you help me cause I don't know who to turn to.Business Response

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!They are not exactly a debt consolidation company.They want to get info from you and then offer you a program that crushes your credit. They negotiate your debt and then the creditor reports late payments and unpaid accounts on your bureau.Find a reputable lending institution to help. This is not one of those. These people want to ruin you in a different way than just having debt.Also ******* ******** is an agent that works for this company. The business response was a generic response to save face to the BBB and whoever sees the review.
The representative of the company NEVER told me anything about the ways their program would hurt my credit until after I gave them my personal info.
This is a complete scam and their goal is to take your money and leave you in a worse position than you started in.

I applied for a $5000 loan with Accredited debt relief and was asked for $110 filing fee 5/12/25 and today I sent$280 to complete the filing feeds and this moneyvwas to be refunded back to the loan amount. I signed up for debt consolidation program in 2024 and I have yet to see results. I dont think whoever is working on my account is working on it. I am 9 payments in the rear on one of my credit cards. There is no way you are telling me that you have not been able to get resolution on my account. I know other individual who have used National Debt Relief and they told me there resolutions went pretty fast. If you guys cant get going on mines I want to cancel the program and take my business elsewhere. I want a call back from the person who is actually working on my account to get resolution. I am aware that they have not attempted to contact any other creditors on my account accept one. If I cant get a response or o I dont get a call back I will be consulting an attorney as this program seems to be a sham.Business Response

I do not want to be contacted anymore and I will not be using their services so they are wasting their time. I have blocked numerous numbers but Emon and accredited call me from different numbers. On 1/31/2025 I spoke with a ***resentative named N ********* made it very clear several times that I did not want any loans or my credit pulled. I was only calling to inquire about the debt resolution program! I checked my email to find out he ran a credit loan without my permission to Above lending & I dont know what else honestly but I immediately called back to make a formal complaint & cancel everything. I want them to correct this as soon as possible and have those inquiries removed immediately as they were not authorized & I want to know what is going to be done about this!
