Communication is not a strong suit for their employees. They do not reach out to customers via phone or email, or text [NOTHING] should their be something going on with their account. Initial Agents you are speaking with are rude and are not clear as to what is going on and accurately relay that information.Every time i had a question or requested clarification, it seemed like i was the nuisance so i retracted my account after a year and half of dealing with them and will not waste anymore money on their "help".

Don't do this, there are better options. Zero reduction in my debt, destroyed my credit for no reason, and then and to fight with them to reduce their fees so I wasn't paying more than I had started with.Beyond Finance
