Upon reviewing my credit report, I've discovered that my rights protected by the **** (15 U.S. Code ****(b) Billing error) have been violated. Additionally, I've identified multiple billing errors, thereby contravening my rights under 15 U.S. Code ****(b)(4). I kindly request the immediate removal of all late payments associated with these accounts. It's essential to adhere to 15 U.S.C ****b, which prohibits treating a payment on a credit card account as late under an open-end consumer credit plan.I want to emphasize that I have composed this complaint without any third-party assistance. Upon checking my credit score, I saw that Credco had pulled my credit twice. On 02/07/2022 and 06/13/2022, there were inquiries made by Credco. I didn't authorize one but definitely not 2 inquiries to my credit. Now I feel deceived after learning that Corelogic did a hard credit pull, and low and behold this showed on my Equifax report. This immensely pulled down my score as I was told this was never going to show. Had I known that they were going to lie about this from the start, I would have never gone through with this process. I found this whole ordeal to be shady and unethical for a business to pull. Equifax stated that you should remove this and that you need to remove this mistake from your side. I want this removed off of my Equifax report as soon as possible since I was promised this was never going to show to begin with. I called Credco and they did not give me any information.Initial Complaint

Upon checking my credit score, I saw that Credco had pulled my credit twice in a 2 day period. On ********* and *********, there were inquiries made by Credco. I didn't authorize one but definitely not 2 inquiries to my credit. I am not sure why this was done. I am not applying for credit. This has hurt my credit score and I would like for these inquiries to be deleted off of my credit profile. I called Credco and they did not give me any information.Initial Complaint

I went looking at mortgage companies and they promised up and down that I would not have any hard credit pulls showing up on my credit report, seeing as they were all done together long before the 45-day window. Now I feel deceived after learning that Corelogic did a hard credit pull, and low and behold this showed on my Equifax report. This immensely pulled down my score as I was told this was never going to show. Had I known that they were going to lie about this from the start, I would have never gone through with this process.
