    I came to this office about 2 months ago and the procedure for my skin laser was delayed by 2:45 No body gave us(my husband and I) any apology for all the waiting or anything like that or any reasoning it seems that this office does it all the time when I complained they said there is nothing they can do about it My respond was you should have notified us for the delaybecause we drove 1:45 to get to their office. Today June 8, 2023 we had the follow up appointment I got there 15 minutes before time they said there is delay again without notifying **** told them this wrong for second time this time the back office manager Ms. ***************** talk to me and said procedure was done and credit or partial refund for this procedure regarding the inconvenience for both visit will given ********** Dr. ******** Butterwick who did the procedure and has caused all this delays, opened the manager door and was worried about the complain and said is everything ok wthout any apology.It seems this is a norm and is done most the time everybody looked surprise.I am a Professor of Math and know my rights These non-senses by this company must be stopped!!!!They must apologize in writing and refund me $500 for all delays without notifying and not listening to me and no apology..Thanks a Million for what you do to protect our rights as customers and consumers.Sincerely;********** Keihany -***** and *********************************

    We do have record of this occurrence.

     

    The patient did arrive for their appointment and unfortunately, the physician did run behind this day but nothing that would be out of the ordinary for any medical practice.

     

    The patient was spoken to in the clinic regarding their complaint back our back office manager, *****. All concerns were addressed at that time, but it should be noted that the patient/consumer was very understanding of the scenario. It was the patients husband who was voicing his concern and complaint regarding the wait time.

     

    The patient paid a fee for their consultation, which was applied to a service that they requested. And they paid for said service. They are scheduled to return to be seen for a follow up and a complimentary service. We will discuss their concerns with them further at that time.
