      They offered a service to correct Insulin resistance. Once money was exchanged the plan was then offered consisting of advice on eating well and exercise as well as generic supplements. After getting the info I decided it was not right for me and asked for the available cancelation and refund. Finally a refund was issued but 25% short. After complaining to the office they indicated a 50% fee was NON-REFUNDABLE and they were essentially doing me a favor. Contrary to their comments, this was never discussed and I did not sign any document attesting to it. I was one week into a nine month plan and the office is satisfied with keeping 25%.

      I signed up for the service but changed my mind within 3 business days and they are charging me $1500 as a fee.

      I paid $400 on 10/10/2023 and $397 on 11/6/2023 up front to Dr. ******************** and team. On 11/23/2023 a loan was financed with a third party for their program in the amount of $7,500.00 of that I have paid $3,378.39 and there is a remaining balance of $5,5ll.22.They Committed to diabetes reversal, first of all allowed me to do the program without a coach. My diabetes was not reversed. I started with a 6.9 A1C and I ended the program with a ****** they didn't try to solve the program, but they did agree on me paying about $5000 more cash to do the program again with a coach. Dr. ********************'s advertisement for diabetes reversal was online.I would like a refund for $797.00 and to Cancel/Stop the remaining payment of $5,511.22.Documents are available upon request.
