    In July 2021, I signed up for the their program and when signing up, was under the impression it would be $150 for the year, however, I was charged $190. I tried calling, without success, so, I wrote them an email, requesting details of my subscription and billing. They did respond, but were not providing what I asked for. And responded "your next billing date will be on N/A." I asked to talk to Customer Support. They gave me an answer for why they charged me $190 instead of $151. I did not think it was necessarily fair, based on what was explained while signing up, but could see I wasn't going to get anywhere, so I dropped it. After trying to use their system, I did not care for their product and did look into how to cancel, and ran into trouble. However, my life took a drastic turn and I frankly forgot about it. Then in 2022, I was apparently charged to renew my subscription, but it was at the same time my father passed away, and I did not notice. Now, one year later, in 2023, I saw the $190 renewal, and have tried everything to contact them, including writing an email on the day it was charged to ask for a refund. Their phone number is not in service, and I have had no response from Shift with **** about cancelling my subscription immediately and providing a refund. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. I believe this is the only way I will get my money back

    Shift fitness is continuing to charge my card and I am not a part of this program. There is no way to reach them. The phone number on their website is for a completely different business. I need the charges to stop.

    On 3/2/23 I purchased a subscription at $39 for one month. While in the check out, multiple add popped up. One said want a free month trial? It did not say that in order to get one free month, you have to now pay for 2 months. So, I was charged $79. After looking around the app for a while, I decided I did not like it. The way you add meals does not make sense, it is hard to input the correct portions and pop *** come up constantly and the only way to get them to go away is to click on them and then be directed to some other screen.I have sent multiple messages via email and their chat feature, can not find a phone number. I was told that I can not get a refund because the program is non-refundable. Even though the website states there is a satisfaction guarantee and you can get your money back 100% in the first *********************************************** a refund. This company is a SCAM. Don't bother.

    I did not sign up for Shift Fitness and when I saw they had charged my card I contacted them three times to cancel. I want a full refund of both charges $39.99 and $99.99 because I never wanted this app. (I am submitting this claim on behalf of a client who wishes to remain anonymous.)

    On 16-Feb-2023. I was looking at instagram and noted the Shiftwitherin app, I signed up understanding that the cost was $39.99 a yr. 15mins after when I received a email it was written as a monthly charge and that I could cancel. Tried cancelling, there is no cancellation / unsubscribe option on their app, which is a violation of good faith business practices. I have contacted ********************** via their Customer support to cancel and refund. So, far I have only received a response indicating my email does not exist. I sent Shiftwitherin a copy of the bill they emailed me with my email address indicated. So far no answer.

    I had previously purchased a membership with this company. Before my renewal date on 2/9, I had attempted to send multiple emails on several accounts that were provided on emails sent to me and on their customer support website. All emails were sent back saying the email address does not exist. I also tried to call the number on their customer support website. That number also did not exist. There are no options on the application to cancel one's account or to remove any financial card information. On 2/9, I was charged $99 after many attempts of trying to cancel the account. This business has scammed many people by this method and something needs to be done.

    Last year I signed up for a month program that was $39.99. After looking it over for a couple of weeks I decided it wasnt what I wanted and I cancelled the membership. Recently, on 1/25/2023 I received an email thanking me for my annual renewal, in which my credit card was charged $190! I tried emailing several emails that are listed as contact information and they all bounce back and say the emails do not exist. I tried calling the number provided, which doesnt work. There has been no way to contact this so called business and get my money refunded for something that I did not authorize. I am attaching the app information that shows that I only paid $39.99 for ONE MONTH because no where does it say anything about an annual membership

    I have tried to cancel my auto renewal with Shift with **** via email, ************** Every email I send is getting returned. The chat wont go through & the phone number is disconnected.I emailed:****************************************** ***************************************** ************************************************** Tried chat online Called ***************** I cannot get in contact with any company!     I tried contacting the company when I received the renewal reminder for the program subscription. At this time I wanted to cancel my subscription and not be charged for the renewal. I tried emailing the customer service email, the email that the reminded came from, as well as the email address listed on the website with each one coming back as unable to deliver do to email being inactive. I tried calling the customer service number listed in the email as well as on the website and it is not found. I have messaged both the Shift with **** ******** page and her personal page to find a resolution but have gotten no response. My card was charged which was not authorized.

    I purchased the shift with **** program on 12/8. It is a complete scam. I was supposed to be able to download my entire program through the app in the Apple App Store, but the link was invalid. I tried to find more information on their website, but there is no information listed and there is no app in the Apple App Store. *** tried contacting them via email but no one has contacted me. I was also supposed to receive the program via email which never happened. I spent $99 and they will charge $190 annually with no way to cancel it after that because their website and app does not exist as they advertised.
