    While under a sever manic episode from ****************, Limelight opened a platinum AmEx card under my 22 year old daughter's name, fraudulently reported her income to AmEx so she could qualify, and then immediately charged this brand new card with $10k that she did not have, since she makes no money and is mentally ill. She went there daily but was in no capacity due to her mania to ever take advantage of their services or be able to pay off this charge. Days later, she was psychatrically hospitalized. We attempted to dispute the charge and contacted Limelight explaining that she did not have the legal capacity to enter into a contract or approve their application for a card under her name, and to please refund the money, but they refused. She is stabilized and heartbroken, because she actually thought these people cared for her, and now realizes they lied to her just to get money from her that she could never pay. If they really cared about her, they would be concerned that she had been hospitalized and refund the money and let her heal. As it is, her recovery is slowed because she is so stressed about this. I would give zero stars if I could. PLEASE REFUND AND LET MY CHILD HEAL.
