    I have been in contact with Disability Rights California for several months, seeking the legal assistance and advocacy services they are mandated to provide. As a person with a disability and a member of a protected class they serve, I rely on their support. Additionally, I am on a fixed income, and the financial support they receive from the State ********************* and other sources obligates them to provide legal representation and advocacy for individuals in my socio-economic class. Their federal funding, including the ***** mandate, also requires them to defend and advocate for the legal issues I am facing.However, despite these obligations, they have repeatedly refused or avoided my requests for help. Given my circumstances, they are one of the few legal resources available to me. I am reaching out in the hope that you can assist me in obtaining the services I am entitled to from them.

    From July 22, 2023 until today's date September 9, 2023 senior advocate *********************** has continuously been ****** rude in her email responses when I've inquired about various questions pertaining to disability rights. She doesn't respond back to phone calls or emails in a timely manner and when she does she's short and disgruntled about it.
