I have been going to Regenerative Wellness in ************ for many months to get ozone therapy treatments. On Friday, October 20, 2023 I had paid $700 on my account to be used as a credit for future treatments. I had previously been getting these treatments at the ************ location every 2 weeks. I had a $225 treatment that same day therefore the remaining credit on my account is $475. On October 31 I received an email from *******************, the naturopath, to let me know that he closed his ************ office. There was no prior notice given to his patients, only this notice of closure on the day of closing. I emailed him immediately requesting my money be returned to me. He emailed me back informing me that he would need to work out some type of payment plan with me. I am not ok with this agreement and expect to be reimbursed for the cash I paid up front for treatment just days prior to him closing his ************ treatment center. I have pancreatic cancer and he is fully aware of this. I need these treatments plus that money was a gift from my mother so I could continue getting the treatments, being that I am on state disability and cannot afford to pay for the treatments on my own. Now I am out the money and cannot get this treatment elsewhere. He still has a Regenerative Wellness location in ********* in full operation so half of his business is still in operation. ********* is a 2.5 hour drive from where I live and I am currently not in good enough health to make that drive to get the remaining treatment. I expect a refund for the $475 credit on my account. Why did he accept this money from me if he was closing his location within 2 weeks??? I feel that this is deplorable for a holistic practitioner to be this dishonest and treat a cancer patient in this manner.
