    I placed an online order and it was delivered to the wrong address.I asked for a refund and they ignored my requests.When they mess up an order it should be the first priority to fix it. But obviously they just want to ignore it.Just be aware that they won't issue refunds when they mess up the order, even though they charge extra for some kind of bogus package ********** I'm forced to spend extra time and effort to get the refund through my credit card company.

    Im a repeat customer of VA. I have found that they have many different varieties of disposable vapes that are sold out on different sites. The shipping is super fast and economical. I have no complaints!

    I've been doing business with Vapor Authority for about 3 years. I'm an active and repeating customer. After buying from several other online vape stores, I'm convinced that VA has the most exceptionable customer service. I rank QUALITY CS a top priority. VA has never disappointed whether through email or phone. They're extremely knowledgeable and very polite. They offer a vast amount of brands and products. I find that most times if they don't have a product in stock, most other stores won't either. VA's shipping is top-notch. My last order took 4 days, which included the day I ordered. I find that extremely impressive considering they're in CA and I'm in **. My overall experience with this company has been A+.

    After ordering from vape authority and not getting the discount they show on the website I emailed and was told they didnt have any discounts beware of them

    Placed an order for some coils, they waited 2 days before telling me my order was on hold because they couldn't verify my age... why do they need my age? I was already going to be signing for the package. Don't waste any time ordering from them, plenty of places that will send you COILS without needing to verify your age.
