I would highly recommend ****** from Always Quality Electrical. I was having an issue in my bedroom over the holidays and ****** was able to come over and get my power back on. I am so grateful for all his help.

Very Disappointed. He was not interested in helping me to check the electrical in our kitchen after an electrical fire last night under our range top. He interruped me 25 seconds into my succinct explanation of the events and had determined that it was only an appliance issue and brushed me off. I did not need his advice on the appliance. I was fully aware of the problem. Had he been kind enough to listen and let me finish I was going to further ask about immediately rewiring our kitchen due to other recent oddities with our kitchen outlets so that I could ensure for the sake of fire safety that all old wiring issues were resolved before we simply "called an appliance guy" to replace an appliance. Since they were so highly rated by BBB I further wanted to have him give me a quote for an entire rewire of our whole 41 year old home, to replace all lighting fixtures, outlets and the electrical breaker box, and rewire all lighting and wiring around our backyard and pool. I trusted the BBB rating and accreditation. If he had not cut me off he would have known that we had already turned off the breaker first thing last night. He prematurely determined that my job was "not big enough" and that they were "too busy to handle smaller jobs" First rule in business, listen to the customers.Always Quality Electrical Inc

Hi ****,I am very sorry that you are so upset about your experience with our phone conversation. I was on a ladder working at the time when you called, and I do remember being on the phone with you for several minutes while you explained in great detail your kitchen fire. It seems that you were very upset at the time, and I am very sorry for your loss. I simply stated that I had three other projects that I was working on at the time that needed to be finished and that you might be able to find someone more local to your area, who might be able to come take a look at it sooner than I could. It doesn't make sense for me to drive 40 minutes to give you an estimate for a job, regardless of the size, that outside of my service area and I don't have time to complete. I wish you the very best with finding a local person who can help you with getting your issues resolved.Review fromDennyse F
