    I've being trying to have my background check through this company since December 20, 2023.I called a few times and also sent several emails, however the team who is handling my background check is making this experience not only unpleasant but also very difficult for me.It seems like there is a lack of knowledge, professionalism, experience and also fully comprehension of how to proceed with the background check.I believe that the agents are working remotely as one of the times I called I was able to hear someone snoring very loud while the agent was "trying" to understand my concerns.This should be addressed in a better manner and professionalism as it's an important step of the hiring process and since these individuals are not acting like such, it appears in my opinion that they are making it difficult on propose, otherwise I would not be placing this complaint. My intention with this complaint is to reach the management of the company, as I asked to speak with a supervisor and there were never one available the 3 times I called in.I submit all the correct information 3 times, yet the agent refused to process my application.I've reported the issue to my supervisor and to the HR team and I'm meeting with them this week to filled out another form and submitted for the 4th time and I hope that at this time they act professionally and accordingly.I know for fact that there is nothing in my background since I'm a good citizen and I serve the community in my area, I also volunteer in shelters and other non governmental institutions which all is required background check, but I have never experiment such poor service.I hope the company takes action on this matter.Agent names and email: *************** - ********************************* and ************************* Y - *************************************** ***************
