    Was buying the concert tickets on TicketsMaster on 7/14. I was using phone application and I got in on time to choosing seat then check out but in the first checkout, the screen keep loading. Then about 2-3 minutes still loading and I thought the payment did not go through then I close the application and reopen to purchase another ticket. After that I checked my bank account and found out I got charged two times. I went to dispute on my back account. After waiting 1 month, I got message from **** stating the ** refuse to return the money.

    I went to purchase concert tickets on Ticketmaster.com. Once I had chosen my seats, I went to purchase them I was re-routed to another website called TickerSmarter without my knowledge for payment. They charged me 3 X's more than the original price of the tickets. When I reached out to them asking why and how they said they were sorry and would not refund the extra amount they changed me. We are talking $230.00 more. So after a few days of me telling them, I was going to report them, they sent me an email showing a refund was approved but for only $59.00. This is not right. If they are admitting to this error why would they only refund $59.00 and where did they come up with that amount? They were good about replying to me but now they stopped and I cannot get anyone to reply or refund my money. I am not asking for the full amount. I want the extra charges they added when I was rerouted off the Ticketmaster site. $230.00

    ********** is TicketSmart and My Ticket Tracker/ Both the ***************** was advertising a TABLE seat in front of the stage for a ******************************* concert. They were expensive, but I didnt mind as I really wanted a table and to be near the stage- so, I bought two. The venue map had the table highlighted orange indicating there were seats available, the tickets in my cart and on my receipt clearly state I was purchasing tickets at Table 2. When I received the e-mailed tickets the next day, they were not at a table, nor near the front of the stage. They were all the way up the amphitheater in the middle of a packed section that I would have NEVER purchased for the amount of money I paid. So, instead of a nice dinner table, we are crammed in the back row of Section 2 with middle seats. I am beyond mad. These two tickets cost me over $300, and I want my money back immediately. These are not the tickets you advertised, which was a table and front stage seating. Shame on your company, this is the worst of the worst- I will be moving on from here to the BBB and any other site I can to warn people about your criminal practices.
