    On March 4, 2020 I purchased two tickets for the 2020 Valle *********** Festival. This ended up being canceled due to Covid on 7/17/20. At the time the organizers refused to provide refunds, instead opting to allow us to roll the tickets to 2021 or 2022. I attempted to get a refund instead, as there was no guarantee of being able to attend either of these future dates but that request was denied and the organizers stopped responded to emails. With no other recourse, I was left to wait until future dates to redeem the tickets. Fast forward to 7/6/21 when the organizers once again canceled the 2021 event with only the same offer of rolling the tickets to 2022. Once again, my email requests for a refund were declined and I was left waiting until 2022. On 7/11/22 the notified us that the 2022 event would happen and provided 3 options:1. Apply the value of the pass(es) purchased (VFWF credit) toward the 2022 pass(es) desired. 2. Defer your VFWF credit to VFWF ******. Request a refund of 75% of your VFWF credit. (Does not include processing fees.)These 3 horrible options meant that:1. Due to a massive price increase for 2023, we would end up paying MORE money instead of just getting our ticket rolled over as promised. 2. Roll the credit into 2023, when I am sure the tickets WOULD BE EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE.3. Get a refund (finally) for our original purchase while KEEPING 25% FOR NO REASON and the kicker, LESS TRANSACTION FEES.From 7/11/22 it took until 11/3/22 to finally get my partial refund of $168.75. The original purchase was $245.04, meaning they kept $76.29 for no reason other than "transaction fees." The people who run this are crooks who need to be stopped. The reason I am so delayed in reporting this is that it wasn't until receiving my refund that I could accurately track down the official business entity. My request is to have the rest of my refund processed and to have this be reported so others are aware of this scam. I am including a few emails.
