    Hired to paint inside of home all furniture moved out and everything off the walls. Wanted to support independent business. Paint job was not what we expected. Cheap paint and started to peel within days of wall painted. One of the walls in a bedroom was not painted to our liking. There are streaks on the wall and a yellow tint. The owner was notified, and we net with her a couple of times to let her know we were not satisfied, she was to come and repaint the wall and to date has not, as a matter of fact she has demanded a final payment due Monday 11/28/2022 or she will file a mechanics lien, she has stated she needs final payment before she will finish the job. She has admitted and promised to repaint one wall. I believe in the real world no one would pay for a job not completed, I honestly don't believe even the owner would pay for a job not completed. We have no problem paying for her services, but they are not completed.
